Abortion bill will put Nevada girls at risk.

View In Browser   Dear Powerful Parents,   Unfortunately, Senate Bill 179 (SB179) passed out of the Senate yesterday.  SB179 is a bill that seeks to eliminate archaic language from previous laws that address abortion. Our main concern, among the many,  is with language that will be removed from current law, specifically addressing the provider knowing the age of the girl or woman seeking an abortion.  SB179 will diminish the quality of care women will receive in abortion offices.
