Protect Your Rights- Compelled Speech is Anti-First Amendment

View In Browser POWER2PARENT.ORG Dear Powerful Parents, The Clark County School District is now implementing its Gender Diverse Policy, which compels students of faith and conviction to speak what to them is a lie. Under threat of disciplinary action, the Policy mandates that students call a biological male "she" or a biological female "he" at that person's discretion and command. This is an infringement of our children's constitutionally protected freedoms of expression, conscience, and religion. No school district or government entity should be able to compel children to speak things that they believe are not true. The First Amendment protects free expression, and in this case, protects students from having to express ideas or agree with ideologies that to them are false, harmful, or wrong.    Power2Parent is passionate about protecting First Amendment rights. If you are facing a situation in any school district in Nevada in which your student is compelled to refer to another student by a name or pronoun contrary to that other student's biological sex we have a powerful, prepared legal team that can discuss with you for no charge how you can protect your rights.
