Power2Parent Endorses NV Candidates for 2018 Midterm

Dear Powerful Parents,

 

Recently our organization formed a Political Action Committee called Parents in Action PAC for the purpose of endorsing candidates.  Our objective is to highlight candidates who care about protecting parental rights, and to encourage everyone to make their voices heard at the polls.  

We are pleased to announce our list of candidates endorsed by Power2Parent for the general election on November 6th, 2018.

Our endorsement is based on questionnaire responses we received from these candidates and their support for policies that affect parental rights. Their answers reflected a genuine concern for improving education, supporting school choice, and protecting parental rights in Nevada. We are excited to support these candidates and hope you will join with us in supporting them. Important registration and polling information is listed below.

 

-The deadline to register to vote online is October 18th at www.RegisterToVoteNV.gov .  

 

-If you need an absentee ballot for yourself, family members, or friends, the deadline to order an absentee ballot is October 30th.

 

-Early voting starts Saturday, October 20th and ends November 2nd.  

 

-On election day you can find your polling place at www.GetToThePolls.com

 

We consider voting to be one of our most important responsibilities as concerned stakeholders in our communities. There are so many important issues before us in the coming legislative session. One of the most effective ways we can influence the outcome is to VOTE!
