| All of us have felt the monumental stress of not having a voice lately. What Nevada leaders are forgetting is that nobody knows what’s best for our children than us! We are their parents!
Over and over we see well funded organizations and special interest groups, who don’t represent parents, have a seat at the table when making important decisions, policy, and legislation on behalf of our children. We are not a special interest group, but we have a very special interest! Our kids!
That's why we are announcing the launch of our own powerful parent union!
With this Parent Union we will have a vehicle to channel our individual strength and passion as parents into ONE POWERFUL PARENTAL VOICE to advocate for our children together and with real integrity!
FOR $25 PER YEAR OUR PARENT UNION MEMBERS WILL:
-Receive parent & child advocacy
-Be a part of a large collective voice of Nevada parents
-Take part in legislative efforts to protect children and families
-Have a voice in endorsing candidates that support protecting parent voice, families and children
-Be invited to exclusive parent events, meetings, town halls, and more
-Have access to board members for consultation on issues facing individual families
*Grandparents and/or concerned community members are also welcome to join!
We need a thunderclap of empowered parents and community members to move the needle to make changes in education and other issues to protect our parental voice, today.
