Parents know what's best for their children and no organization or policy has the right to take that away. We are gearing up for the 2019 Legislative session and we need your support to continue standing between our children and overreaching regulations. In the 2017 Legislative Session, we were very successful at rallying parents of Nevada to influence Gov. Sandoval to veto AB 348 which would have removed your right to know when your child was given sex education and would have mandated inappropriate expanded sex-ed to every school in the state. We also influenced other amendments to proposed bills to protect your right to parent. P2P is kicking off this week of giving with our #Powerof10 campaign. We are humbly asking that you would consider giving a recurring donation of $10 per month or a one time gift of any amount. We will not back down, and we know you won't either. Thank you to all of you who took the time to make your voice heard by your vote! Power2Parent is committed to monitoring legislation that may impact parental rights on a local and state level. We will continue to keep you updated regarding such legislation and ask that you continue to be involved in helping us hold our elected officials accountable! Our VOTES and our VOICES matter and we will continue to let our elected officials know that we know what is best for our children! Powerful Parents,  Today we have the opportunity to stand in the gap for our children and elect candidates who will protect your right to parent your children the way YOU see fit.  We have already seen record turnout in early voting, but do not sit idly by and allow others to determine the outcome of this election. Elections have consequences. This year alone we have seen extreme policies accelerated and rammed through by our elected decision makers. When you go to the polls today, please refer to our endorsed candidate list and vote for men and women who will protect your rights and your children's rights.  This election will be determined by those who are determined to VOTE!
