New CCSD grading policy implementation and how this affects students' homework and testing. Restorative justice and its affect on discipline and school safety. How can parents advocate for a child who is not proficient in the core disciplines? What resources are available to families outside the classroom?  What is an SOT and how do parents ensure their school SOT is functioning as it should? How are library books chosen at schools? How can parents ensure that the library materials available to young children is appropriate for them? The relationship between parents and staff at their school sites is an essential part of a positive educational experience.
