Reminder: ACTION ALERT: Title IX Changes Hurt Children and Parents

Title IX Changes Hurt Children and Parents

Dear Powerful Parents,

Title IX amended in 1972, regulates every public K-12 school, college, and university in the nation, prohibiting discrimination “on the basis of sex.” This regulation that impacts millions of children and families, is now being expanded by the U.S. Department of Education to include gender identity and sexual orientation.

"The new regulations would require K-12 schools to support socially transitioning children to a different gender without requiring notice to parents, the involvement of medical professionals, or legal documentation. These are life-altering decisions they are not qualified to make." - Child and Parents Rights Campaign

This is a dangerous change that will allow schools and government agencies to circumvent parents when making decisions that affect the long-term health and safety of our children. It will also lead to increased calls to child protective services for families who choose to acknowledge biological realities in decisions regarding their child's health and well-being.

Children are harmed when parents are disempowered to make decisions that will impact them into the future. What can you do?

Parents and concerned citizens only have until September 12th, 2022 to act.
